Embroidery Pricing & Setup
Please note: All embroidery orders, regardless of size (from 1 to 1,000 items), require the following setup charges:

Logo Set-up (Digitization): £18
This one-time fee covers the conversion of your logo into a format suitable for embroidery. -
Text Set-up (Digitization): £9
If your design consists of text only, this lower fee applies.
We recommend our DTF printing service for smaller orders of 1-2 items, as it may be more cost-effective. However, embroidery remains ideal for larger or premium orders, offering unmatched durability and a refined look.
Embroidery Application Pricing:

Embroidery on Garments: £6* per application
This fee covers the actual embroidery work applied to each item. Whether it's a logo, text, or a combination, this flat rate ensures your design is perfectly stitched onto your chosen garment.
*For orders of 10 items or more, we offer discounted rates, making it more affordable for bulk embroidery needs.
Garment Costs:
Garment costs vary depending on the item and brand you select. We work with a wide range of trusted suppliers to provide high-quality garments that meet your needs and budget. Whether you're after polos, jackets, hats, or bags, we’ll confirm the garment cost during the consultation process to ensure you get the best price possible.
Please Note: We do not accept customer-supplied garments, as we strive to maintain the highest quality standards by working with carefully selected clothing brands and suppliers.
